Alex and Lauren may have grown up just one freeway exit apart, but fate waited until a friend’s party at an infamous bar in San Francisco’s Marina District for their paths to finally cross. Alex wasted no time asking Lauren out that very night, and in true girl-boss fashion, she promptly scheduled him into her calendar….for three weeks later. From shark cages in Hawaii to beautiful volcano hikes in Europe (and an impressive amount of delayed flights in between), it turns out that they’re clearly on the same page - equal parts loving, quick-witted, and adventurous enough to make every chapter interesting.
Between Alex’s Notre Dame spirit and Lauren’s love of books, their story was bound to be a best-seller. He brings the luck of the Irish, she brings the literary flair. And while she dares to cheer for the Cal Bears, he concluded that this plot twist just adds more intrigue to their story. Alex taught Lauren
Our Story
not to fear recipes that require the oven, and Lauren showed Alex that a pun really can (and should!) be used for every occasion. They do both agree that the perfect Saturday starts with coffee at the North Beach Farmers Market and ends with epic karaoke at Silver Cloud.
They feel so lucky to be celebrating their wedding close to where they grew up and to share their love of Northern California with you all, while proving, once again, why they could never imagine living anywhere but the Bay Area.

While our Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be at Mountain House Estate in Unrestricted Mendocino County just outside of Cloverdale, all lodging and surrounding events will be centered around Healdsburg, California.
Getting to Healdsburg
From San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
estimated drive time 1 hour 45 minutes
Take US-101 North through San Francisco and across the Golden Gate Bridge (tolls apply). Continue on US-101 N for ~60 miles to the Central Healdsburg (Exit 503). Turn left onto Healdsburg Avenue and continue into town.
From Oakland International Airport (OAK)
estimated drive time 1 hour 35 minutes
Take I-880 North toward Oakland. Merge onto I-580 West and cross the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge (toll required). Continue onto US-101 North for ~ 60 miles to Central Healdsburg (Exit 503). Turn left onto Healdsburg Avenue to reach town.

We will provide complimentary transportation from Healdsburg to Mountain House Estate and back on the day of the wedding. To reserve your shuttle space, please indicate your intention to use the shuttle when you submit your RSVP.

From Healdsburg, take US-101 North. Continue for ~18.5 miles then take CA-128 West toward Fort Bragg/Mendocino. Turn left onto CA-128 West and continue for 6.8 miles. The venue will be on the left.
