Select wedding celebrations will begin on Friday, August 15th, 2025.
Join us on Friday, August 15th, 2025 at Hayes Mansion for our Sangeet Welcome Reception from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Westwood Patio. We will be hosting our Haldi Ceremony for our close circle of family and friends from 1 pm to 3:30 pm in the early afternoon, by invitation only.
The Big Day!
On Saturday, August 16, 2025, we welcome you back to Hayes Mansion for the Vivah (Hindu Ceremony) from 1 pm to 3 pm on the East Lawn with cocktail reception to follow from 3 pm to 5 pm in the Westwood Patio. The Protestant Wedding Ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm on the East Lawn followed by dinner and dancing at the Hayes Patio and Ballroom.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I'm from out of town. What's the nearest airport to the festivities? San Jose Mineta International Airpot (SJC) is just 10.4 miles from Hayes Mansion. Taxis and rideshares are readily available in the area.
What should I do for ground transportation? You are encouraged to find your own ride-share or taxi. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Parking is available on-site at Hayes Mansion. Overnight fees may apply for guests that are lodging and parking a vehicle on-site overnight.
Is there a dress code? To help us celebrate in style, please follow a formal dress code. Indian attire is encouraged for the Vivah Hindu Ceremony if available. Some events throughout the wedding celebration will take place on grass, so please wear shoes accordingly. Looking for Indian attire? Check out some recommendations below.
Do you have a registry? We've already been blessed to fill our home with all the things we need! No boxed gifts or gift cards, please. If you are still looking to honor us with a gift, a cash registry will be set up soon.
What's the weather? The ceremony and dinner reception will be outdoors (weather permitting) at the same venue. Weather is historically high 80s - mid 90s.

When do I need to RSVP by? Please RSVP before or on June 30, 2025. If you are unable to attend, let us know through your RSVP.
What if I have a dietary restriction? Vegetarian options will be available. If you have any additional allergies or concerns, please let us know when you RSVP.
Can I bring a guest? Due to venue capacity, we cannot host any additional guests that did not receive formal invitations.
Are children allowed? We love your children, but due to certain restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 12 on our wedding day unless specially named on the invitation. If you are interested for childcare options during the event, contact our planner.
